Supermodel, Motivational speaker and Television personality, Stacey McKenzie will host Caribbean E-Magazine Triple the Focus’ fashion showcase on October 6, 2013 in New York. The exclusive ‘by invitation only’ event dubbed “Lights, Camera, Fashion” will be the kick-off for the Magazine’s two year Anniversary celebration featuring Caribbean fashion designers during Brooklyn Fashion Week.

Stacey McKenzie, born in Kingston, Jamaica, is a fashion model, runway coach and most recently a model coach. She has worked with top designers including Jean Paul Gaultier, Thierry Mugler, Alexander McQueen, Betsey Johnson, Tommy Hilfiger, Todd Oldham, Michiko Koshino and Christian Lacroix; commissioned to work in markets around the globe including Paris, London, Italy, Austria, United States and Japan and appeared on magazine covers such as City Life, Glassbook Magazine, Boss, Essence, Le Monde and Panache, as well as editorials in Vogue (US, Japan, Korea, Britain, Spain), Harper’s Bazaar, Interview, Flare, Fashion, and Vibe. Stacey has appeared in a number of major campaigns including Benetton, Calvin Klein CK, Jean Paul Gaultier, MAC, Mexx, Reebok, Todd Oldham Jeans, Nordstrom, Barneys and Banana Republic. Outside on modeling, she appeared in the movie “The Fifth Element” and on TV shows MTV Stylissimo and Canada’s Next Top Model.

Triple the Focus launched its publication on October 5, 2011 with features in the field of Music, Entertainment and Lifestyle. With the initial goal of providing industry insiders with a platform that would connect them to their fans on a more personal level, the Magazine has grown exponentially to include fitness, travel, fashion and finance. With a reach that extends across the globe and includes countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and by large the Caribbean, to date, Triple the Focus has over 1,800,000 million page views not including other high traffic websites that hosts the link of the magazine on a monthly basis.

In March 2013, Triple the Focus partnered with luxury lifestyle publication, UPTOWN Magazine to integrate more Caribbean content into their print and online publications. This strategic partnership with Triple the Focus will strengthen UPTOWN’s presence as a brand within the Caribbean market and enable them to better serve the Tourist Boards and Hoteliers who represent the core of their business in the region.
