Super Soul diva Patti LaBelle lit the crowd up at ‘Groovin In The Park’ recently. The fashionable diva always knows how to wow a crowd with her voice, fashions and legendary presence. She sang many songs however the biggest crowd pleaser for the night was when she sang “If Only You Knew”.
Ms. LaBelle is currently on tour and graced NYC with her presence at the ‘Groovin In The Park’ Concert in Roy Wilkins Park. Did you know Ms. Labelle is also a Domestic Diva?? Not only is she a talented songstress, she has also built a major empire with her cookbooks, ‘Lady Marmalade’ food products and cooking DVDs. Brains & beauty…you gotta love that! She has enjoyed one of the longest-lived careers in contemporary music, with hits in a variety of sounds. We haven’t heard any reggae music from Ms. LaBelle however she definitely held her own around the other power house reggae artists she shared the stage with.
