Rihanna purchased the 8-bedroom Beverly Hills mansion for a whopping $6.9 million two years ago. But alas not even rock stars are immune to the failing housing market! Riri recently listed the 8,500+ square foot home at $4.5 million.
Even though, the home boasts a media room, three fireplaces and a pool but is still described as a “major fixer” due to extensive water damage.
Unfortunately, for Riri this is a “Man Down” situation because the mansion cannot qualify for bank financing which means Riri will need to find not only a cash buyer but a cash buyer who wants to buy damaged property!
Don’t feel too sorry for Rihanna, she was recently named Esquire Magazine’s Sexiest Woman Alive and just hit a milestone with her 11th #1 Single! She’s having a great year Beverly Hills fixer upper notwithstanding!!!
