RCS was in the building for this year’s taping of BET’s Rip the Runway. Cayman Islands-born Supermodel Selita Ebanks and Pooch Hall (actor) of “The Game” were the hosts and holding down the Red Carpet was “Love & Hip Hop” cast member Emily B. Selita debuted her swimwear line “Sass” and some of the other designers showcased were Monif C, Samantha Black, K Milele and Brian Lichtenberg to name a few. The designs went from effortless classy and chic to bold and avante garde. The show airs March 21 on BET at 10P/9C.
Some celebrities that were in attendance were Angela Simmons, R&B singer Tank and Atlanta Housewives, Cynthia Bailey and her husband, Peter (they were seated far apart though. Hmmm, wonder what that was about??). The show had a great line up of entertainment as well. Robin Thicke, EstelleWale, Diggy Simmons with Jeremih and B.O.B. were in the house performing there latest tunes while the models walked the runway.
Lil’ Kim was the grand finale act. She did her new song “If You Love Me”. I would say that her outfit and new look was the show stopper! It seems that she has had some enhancements done on her hips and behind (see the pictures) LOL. All in all she did it up in Lil’ Kim fashion and had the crowd on their feet with “All About the Benjamins” and “Crush on You”.
RCS Sidebar: Can somebody please tell Lil Kim that you don’t have to be nekkid to be sexy??? OMG she’s a hot, blond, mess and she is too grown and too iconic for this!!!
