L’Oreal/Feria #LiveInColor Event

L’Oreal /Feria held its event “Live in Color” at the fabulous the Milk Studios Penthouse last night.  The fashion that  was worn by the models was inspired by the Feria color collection which consisted of  Absolute Platinum, Power Copper, Power Red, and Bright Black to name a few of the shades offered.

The designer who created the gorgeous coordinating clothing was Project Runway Season 12 alum, Helen Castillo!  The hair color on the models was just amazing and vivid!  I am still blown away by the perfect pairing of the hair to the clothing.  The venue was beautiful with a rooftop setting with a great view of the city at sunset, which we got to enjoy after the rainfall.  Guest sipped on Prosecco and Pinot Grigio which were waiting for us as soon as we stepped off of the elevator into the penthouse, talk about service!  There were also tasty hors d’oeuvres, such as mini chicken tacos and cherry tomatoes with cheese filling among many others.

Along with the great hair and flashy fashion, was an enthusiastic DJ, who was getting into the groove with his tunes for the night.  There were performances by Ellinor Olovsdotter, otherwise known as Swedish rapper/singer “Elliphant” and New York based duo ASTR, Zoe Silverman and Adam Pallin, with their pop/r&b sound. Needless to say the crowd was toe tapping and hand clapping to their lyrics and beats.  We also had a chance to sit at the Feria Hair Color Station and receive information about the hair color from hair stylist and given a hair color as a take away gift.  I can’t wait to try mine out!   This was a great way for L’Oreal/Feria to reintroduce its very vibrant hair color line. Enjoy some pictures from the gathering!
