Dancehall artist Kiprich has released a tribute called “Lighter” for the families of the 17 persons who lost their lives in a bus crash on the island of St. Lucia.
After reading about the horrible tragedy, Kiprich took pen to paper and composed the tribute song.
Last Thursday a bus plunged off a cliff into the sea, killing 17 people, including an infant and a pregnant woman.
The song has been in regular heavy rotation on HOT FM since its release as St. Lucia observed three days of national mourning following the incident. Additionally, November 13 has since been declared a National Day of Remembrance in the island.
