Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp” Premieres on VH1 Monday, February 8 at 9:00 PM* Season 7’s Cast Includes Bobby Brown, Jay McCarroll, KayCee Stroh, Kevin Federline, Nicole Eggert, Sebastian Bach, Shar Jackson and Tanisha Thomas
Brittney Spear’s baby daddy Kevin Federline and Kevin Federline’s baby mama Shar Jackson and are part of this season’s Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp recruits. I think this is the first time a baby mama and baby daddy are on the same show (I hope we see some serious baby mama drama!!!) Also, among the cast is the former Mr. Whitney Houston aka Bobby Brown and former “Bad Girl” Tanisha Thomas (“Bad Girls Club”, Season 2). Other celebrity recruits include: Jay McCarroll (winner of “Project Runway”, Season 1), KayCee Stroh (“High School Musical”), former “Baywatch” babe Nicole Eggert, and Sebastian Bach (Former lead singer of Skid Row). The cast will be broken into two teams, competing for $200,000 in cash and prizes and the individual celeb who drops the most weight will win $50,000 in prizes.
The season will run for eight weeks and should be one of the most emotional season’s thus far with the addition of life coach, Rhonda Britten. Rhonda will spend one on one time with the celebs and help mentor them through the journey of shedding excess weight. Returning this season will be viewer favorite CFC veteran and U.S. Marine Corps Drill Instructor Harvey Walden IV (RET). Using Harvey’s unique brand of “tough love,” he will guide the celebs over walls, through the mud and past their own limitations as they realize their true potential for the first time. Also leading the cast through their journey is nutrition and diet expert, Dr. Ian Smith, who will change the way the celebs look at food and their eating habits.
At the end of eight weeks, they will be lean, mean, Fit Club machines ready to face the world and show off their new hard bodies. “Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp” premieres on VH1 Monday, February 8 at 9:00 PM. Viewers can catch a sneak peek of the season’s first episode on VH1.com on Monday, February 1, one week before the on-air premiere.
