’30 Rock’ Star Comedian Tracy Morgan was rushed to the hospital after fainting during the Sundance Film Festival yesterday. According to TMZ.com, Morgan was being honored at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards and passed out after giving his acceptance speech. Morgan was taken to a nearby hospital where his fiancee Megan Wollover met up with him.
Amid rumors about Morgan drinking, Morgan’s representative Lewis Kay put out the following statement saying that Tracy Morgan collapsed “From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention… He is with his fiance and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 per cent false.”
Tracy Morgan has diabetes and had a kidney transplant in 2010.
