Nicki Minaj features on Jamaican star Mavado’s brand new single, “Give It All To Me”. 31-year-old Mavado has a mixtape coming out soon, so it’s not fully confirmed yet if the dancehall track “Give It All To Me” will appear on said mixtape, or on an actual studio album. In any case, I hope Mavado and Nicki link up to shoot a music video, with a caribbean-esque theme, of course. Nicki’s last ‘island’ visual was fun.
“Give It All To Me” is a nice, chill dancehall number. Nicki Minaj has one full proper rap verse on the song that starts just before ‘minute 1’. She the come backs to sing the bridge. Nice blend between Mavado and Nicki’s flows. And cute reference the ‘Pink Friday’ star had to fellow ‘islander’, Rihanna, shouting, “Carribbean girls run it, ask RiRi”.
