Mic Love performed his hit single “VI to the Bone” on Fox’s “Good Day New York” yesterday morning. USVI Dept. of Tourism Communications Director Alani Henneman Todman also made an appearance on the popular New York program to promote the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The appearance was part of the territory’s strong presence in New York over the Labor Day weekend to promote the upcoming festivals and carnival, beginning with the 2019-2020 Crucian Christmas Festival. Other events this weekend include a VI Ambassador showcase which took place yesterday. The performance featured performances by Mic Love, Adam O., Spectrum Band, DJ Kuntry, and others.
And on Sunday the USVI brings the Caribbean together for the 20th Annual Caribbean Cultural Festival, organized by Virgin Islands United, Inc.
