LargeUp, the global platform for Caribbean music and culture, is the latest curator to join Apple Music, Apple’s streaming music service, and the first to exclusively showcase Caribbean music.
Just in time for Barbados’ Crop Over festival, LargeUp is putting a spotlight on The Music of Barbados with a playlist highlighting the sounds that fuel Rihanna’s favorite party. Other playlists include a roundup of 2016 Summer Dancehall Anthems and a primer on Johnny Osbourne, the resilient reggae pioneer and Major Lazer collaborator.
