Over the past few weeks, the rumor mill has been churning aggressively. According to several Caribbean media outlets, reggae superstar Jah Cure and his wife Kamila McDonald are separated and headed for divorce.
Adding fuel to the flames, McDonald, a former Miss Jamaica contestant, posted an Instagram photo of her beautifully manicured hands sans her wedding ring. Naturally, her followers began asking “where’s the ring?”.
Unfortunately, for Jah Cure these rumors began circulating about the same time as promotions for his most recent studio album “The Cure”. Presumably tired of all the speculation, Jah Cure decided to address the issue head on during an interview with Jamaican television program “OnStage”.
“Mi love my wife and I’m sure she loves me. We both have a beautiful little girl and whatever happens it between me and my wife…its between us and I love her. Everybody has their issues at time, nobody is perfect”
