Reggae superstar Jah Cure displays his powerhouse vocal on his new single Wake Up. The forceful singer’s lyrics convey a powerful social/reality message. The Cure is poised to inform, warn and calm you with roots music at its best. Fresh off a tour of Japan, Jah Cure is ready to Wake Up the world with the power of reggae music. Cure confides “I am standing on the shoulders of some great reggae artists, and I am motivated to continue their works with good music”. Jah Cure’s Wake Up is the lead single from a new Various Artists album called “Sweet Personality Riddim”. It is produced by Garfield & Sanya Cowan for Natures Way Entertainment Records, a bubbling new label that recently released the latest Busy Signal hit You And Me which is featured on the new “Reggae Gold” compilation from VP Records. Nature’s Way Ent. has several new songs ready to launch at the end of the summer. Next in line is a combination single with Wayne Wonder and Alva titled Hour Glass. Also watch out for an original solo from Alva, I May Not Be, who is belting out sounds reminiscent of Peter Tosh. Another label mate who is geared up and ready to start hurling some heavy material is King Mas, who recently released 2 singles, Rasta Evolution and Ocean Of Emotion, taken from his upcoming EP “Lyrics – Love & Liberation”. Naturally, you can expect the real thing from Nature’s way, no gimmick, no mimic, but music with substance that is here to stay.
