Dancehall deejay, Flippa Mafia, will not be sipping champagne anytime soon. The Flossing King born as Andrew Kendrick Davis is being held in Miami, Florida as a material witness in an illegal alien smuggling case. Interestingly enough though, Flippa Mafia was one of the illegal aliens being smuggled!
Mafia allegedly left the United States back in December however, without legal status, reportedly recently attempted to re-enter by boat from The Bahamas.
In an affidavit, Homeland Security Special Agent Matthew Parker stated “Davis, a Jamaican national stated that he left the United States for Jamaica in December of 2009. Davis said that he knew he had no current legal immigration status in the US and that he knew he would not be able to lawfully re-enter the United States.”
Two men, Julio Santiesteban and Armando Amat, are charged with encouraging and inducing an alien to enter or reside in the United States and Flippa Mafia is now left holding the bag as the star witness.
Flippa Mafia reportedly paid $3,000US for the boat trip to the U.S. which was abrubtly ended by the U.S. Coast Guard. Unfortunately, its going to cost him a lot more than just money. We will likely not see his money throwing, champagne splashing antics for some time to come.
