The feds are now calling the shots on the case against Morgan family matriarch Denroy Morgan. Morgan has been accused of plotting to sell more than 350 pounds of ganja. Denroy Morgan who had a hit with the 1981 disco hit Ill Do Anything for You in 1981 was arrested last year after allegedly leaving a Bronx stash house with a garbage bag stuffed with 25 pounds of ganga.

But the case against him in Bronx Supreme Court was dismissed yesterday after federal prosecutors in Manhattan filed an indictment charging Morgan with distribution and possession of marijuana.

Morgans son, singer Roy Gramps Morgan, has called his pops arrest baloney, but court records show his defense lawyer has been negotiating a possible plea deal.
