The baddest chick in the game, Beyoncé and her rapper,business mogul hubby Jay-Z visited Cuba yesterday. The power couple chose Cuba as their romantic destination to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary and attracted large crowds as they strolled through downtown Havana as Jay-Z puffs on one of Cuba’s best known exports, a cigar.
Although most Cubans seemed excited to see the couple visiting the small Communist island, Spanish-language radio personality Ninoska Perez Castellon had this to say about their visit:
It’s sad to see the callous side of these individuals who vacation in a country where there is no respect for human rights and huge discrimination against blacks. Current U.S. law bans U.S. tourism to Cuba; I hope Beyoncè and Jay-Z are not above the law.”
