Rihanna is clearly establishing herself as a global fashion and beauty businesswoman and mogul. Riri already has her very own fragrance, just debuted her River Island fashion line at London Fashion Week and and now her most recent collabo is with MAC cosmetics. Go Riri!
Rihanna and MAC have partnered to create out four different make-up collections which will roll out throughout 2013. The collection called ‘Riri Hearts MAC’ features Riri’s signature red lipstick which is being called ‘Riri Woo’.
The first collection will hit in May, the same time as Rihanna’s concert tour. The remaining three collections will roll out in Summer, Fall and Winter 2013.
I love this idea! These are the kind of business decisions that will keep the moolah rolling even if the records aren’t selling (but that’s not happening anytime soon!)
