FM Records released a new Jah Cure album, titled “Masterpiece,” for preorder on iTunes. The album will be released Friday, January 22, 2016 on iTunes, Amazon and Spotify.
The eight-song LP features five radio-friendly roots and lovers rock titles, along with three specialty remix tracks. The album, released for pre-order November 20, 2015, was produced by Kemar “Flava” McGregor for the FM Records label.
Born Siccature Alcock on October 11, 1978, in Hanover Parish, Jamaica, Jah Cure has appeared on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart four times – his most recent album, “The Cure” (2015) also was ranked on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart, peaking at number five. Jah Cure’s “The Cure” LP is currently nominated for a 2016 Grammy Award in the Best Reggae Album category.
