Beyoncé faced the music yesterday and finally broke her silence regarding the now infamous Inauguration performance. Beyoncé confirmed that indeed she sang along with a recorded track. Duh!!! Bey then squashed any remaining naysayers by asking everyone to stand as she belted out the national anthem a cappella . This was a genius PR move (this is where all that good PR money being spent is for!) Can we now move on people?
By the way, what Bey Bey didn’t confirm is whether or not Destiny’s Child would be reunited for the highly anticipated Super Bowl Halftime Show. She also side-stepped the question of a surprise appearance by hubby Jay-Z.
