Yendi Phillipps, Miss Jamaica Universe 2010 has filed for full custody of her daughter fathered by Freddie McGregor’s son dancehall artist Daniel “Chino” McGregor.
According to the Jamaica Gleaner, Phillips filed the application in the Supreme Court this week by the law firm Nelson-Brown, Guy and Francis. Yendi wants full custody and $60,000JMD in monthly child support (approx. $530USD).
Yendi is also requesting Chino pay half of the child’s medical and educational bills. But when it comes to visitation that’s where she the 50/50 buck stops!!! Yendi only wants to allow Chino to have visitation twice a week for three hours and once on the weekend for seven hours!!!
Bwoy, mi hope sey dem werk it out WITHOUT the court because this can become media folly quick, fast and in a hurry and we don’t want to see that especially for the daughter’s sake. Wishing them both the best! Story developing….
