U.S Virgin Islands duo Rock City (aka R. City) has been named one of the Grand Marshalls for the 2016 Miami Broward Carnival. They will also be performing on the main stage!
This will mark the first time ever that a Virgin Islanders have been named Grand Marshalls for Miami Broward Carnival.
