Applications for the 2013 St. Thomas Carnival Queen Competition Pageant are now available for pick up from the Virgin Islands Carnival Committee’s office located across from the Department of Finance or from any of the St. Thomas public or private high schools.
The Committee is encouraging community groups and schools to send their best, brightest and most-talented to vie for the title of Queen of Carnival 2013.
Applications can be picked up between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. and must be completed and returned no later than November 14, 2012.
