REVOLT, the multi-platform, multi-genre music channel held its first annual Upfront presentation last night at Marquee in New York City. The event kicked off with a red carpet, which featured a collection of industry elites including REVOLT Chairman Sean “Puffy” Combs, industry mogul Russell Simmons, REVOLT Vice Chairman Andre Harrell and more. The experience then moved inside where REVOLT executive and entertainment teams helped to present the corporate vision and announce several exciting new brand initiatives including the “Road to Truth” study and the “Making the Brand” docu-series. Those presenters included REVOLT CEO Keith Clinkscales; President and Co-founder Andy Schuon; Executive Vice President of Programming & Production Val Boreland; REVOLT talent DJ Damage and Sibley and the newest editions to the REVOLT team – the hosts of Clear Channel Power 105 hit morning show “The Breakfast Club” – DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. The evening also featured performances by Childish Gambino and Dillon Francis.

On stage, REVOLT Chairman Combs shared his thoughts about his latest venture, saying that REVOLT is an “omnifront” that targets “young people.” He urged advertisers to “join the party” and referenced the early support of Apple and Google.

REVOLT CEO Keith Clinkscales added, “We are excited to celebrate our very first Upfront with an impressive slate of new brand initiatives that underscore our commitment to being the most accessible name in music on every platform.”
