Atlanta tastemakers from the film, television, fashion and other industries attend the luncheon to pay tribute to women in the television and film industry.  This year’s the star studded BronzeLens Women SuperStars Awards Luncheon was no different. This year’s honorees were:  Film, music and television industry icon, Suzanne de Passe, who received the coveted BronzeLens Women Superstars 2015 Legendary Behind the Lens Award.

Some of the highlights included a tearful and moving acceptance speech from Terri J. Vaughn, a completely surprised Kathleen Betrand who didn’t know she was being honored and an intimate conversation with Ms. Suzanne de Passe sponsored by Macy’s.  She talked about how she got Berry Gordy to sign the Jackson 5 among other things! There was also a Motown-inspired tribute to Ms. dePasse that had the entire luncheon dancing along.

As usual, I had a wonderful time and learned a lot about these awe inspiring women!  This is by far one of my favorite not to be missed events each year!  See you next year BronzeLens!
