Lil Wayne and Young Money Entertainment’s “America’s Most Wanted” tour came to Atlanta on Sunday night. It was crowded as a New York City subway during rush hour, hot as hell and steamy as my morning coffee as the President of Young Moolah took center stage. I have to admit there were several other acts on the show but due to CP timing issues, Red Carpet Shelley missed them all! (For my non-Ebonics readers, if you’re unfamiliar with “CP time”, you better ask somebody!). Anyhoo, my apologies to Soulja Boy, Young Jeezy and Pleasure P for the lack of photos. I have to admit though Lil Wayne is definitely my personal “most wanted” on this tour! Unfortunately, due to a recent tour injury, Atlanta’s tour stop was sans the newly-signed hip-hop sensation, Drake. I was really looking forward to seeing him hit the stage with Weezie. Drake, when you’re feeling better holla at your girl! The show was awesome and included appearances by Birdman and Bobby V. The show closed out with a tribute to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. All in all even though it was crowded, hot, steamy and sans Drake, I enjoyed the show and the gratuitous close up views of Weezie’s tats!!! Thank you Jesus (it was Sunday night afterall!)
Who knew Weezie could play the guitar?
A little pole dancing but where’s the Moolah baby??
