What would fashion week be without hair, nails and makeup to compliment the amazing fashions being worn by attendees to the shows. The Panasonic Beauty Bar provided just that! Complimentary blow outs and manicures were being offered to celebrities as well as regular folks like me :-). Salon SCK New York turned their salon into a beauty haven filled with Skinny Girl sparkling flavored water and cocktails, Lifeway Frozen Kefir and tray passes of yummy appetizers. Mini photo shoots were also set up after you had your hair and makeup done! Pampering, photos and food who can refuse that!
Celebrity hairstylist, Oscar James was on hand doing what he does best, making women look fabulous! This was a star studded event. Angela Simmons enjoyed receiving a bright yellow lacquer on her nails. Nicky Hilton looked picture perfect after her blow out. Jeannie Mai tantalized her taste buds on Lifeway Kefir. Bevy Smith (sporting her Peter Pilotto for Target jacket) and Lawrence Washington from Fashion Queens stopped by for the festivities as well. Lastly, singer Estelle came out to get primped for the fashion shows. All around it was a perfect prelude before the start of a fun day of fashion!
