Busy Signal Extradited to United States

Dancehall entertainer, Busy Signal, was extradited from Jamaica’s Norman Manley Airport yesterday.  Busy Signal, born Glendale Gordon, left the Tower Street Adult Correctional Center in an SUV and arrived at the Norman Manley International Airport, where United States Marshals AND a private jet awaited him.

Busy Signal Extradited via Private Jet

Busy Signal, hidden from the photog shutterbugs at the airport by armed police escorts, boarded a private jet headed for Minnesota.

Busy Signal will face charges for alleged drug offenses stemming back to 2002.  Allegedly, at the time, Busy jumped bail and returned to his homeland of Jamaica where he has been residing under an assumed name ever since….allegedly…

Busy Signal is one of my favorite artists.   He is extremely talented and has a unique sound.   I truly hope he is innocent and his legal issues don’t mark the end of an ever blossoming musical career.
