Caribbean Media Network Covers the 2012 ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference

The 2012 Association of National Advertisers Multicultural Marketing and Diversity Conference is in full swing at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Miami Beach, Florida. The three day conference focuses on the trends of the Hispanic, African-American, and Asian advertising markets. The annual conference include decision makers from Fortune 500 companies, such as Kellogg North America, L’Oreal, Verzion Wireless, Starcom Media Vest, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, BET Networks,  AT&T, and Wal-Mart.

On Monday, October 29, 2012 and Tuesday, October 30, 2012, the Caribbean Media Network will partner with radio affiliates, WSTA in the USVI, and Sumatra Blog Talk Radio, to conduct interviews, with Jacqueline Reynolds; The Shop Shop, Inc., Andy Anderson; American Urban Radio Networks, Mike Warner; Tourism Ambassador to Antigua Barbuda, Talia Ann Mark; USA Swimming, along with other conference attendees.

The discussion will include the importance of the multiculturalism in advertising, in the radio, retail, and tourism markets. Other conference panel topics include: Black Still Matters, Multicultural Agency Search, Healthcare & Multicultural Consumers, Asian Marketing Approaches, and Leveraging the Power of Our Differences.  This year’s conference is presented by McCann World Group, with other supporting sponsors include:  Mundo Fox, Nuvo TV, BET Network, Vevo, Cable Television, and ESPN, Arbitron, and many more. There will be performances, by Tyler Perry Meet the Browns co-star, and gospel singer, Tamela Mann, presented by Super Bowl Gospel Celebration founder Melanie Few; Results Media and Marketing Inc.  This year’s conference offers an insightful look into the marketing strategy of corporations and ad agencies targeting the growing multicultural consumer markets in the United States and territories.
