New York Fashion Week kicked off on Thursday February 6th. Not even rain, snow or hail could stop the fashionistas from coming out to partake in this event. This is one of the most highly anticipated events that happens twice a year that you don’t want to miss if you are lucky enough to be invited inside the tents. Here are a few of the looks that were shown on the runway.
BCBG MAX AZRIA got the show started with their incredible pieces of all things luxurious such as leather and fur. The dresses were very tailored and detailed with stripes as well as free flowing and feminine. The color scheme black with a hint of color here and there is always New York chic. My favorite design from the collection is the key hole opening printed gown. It is slightly edgy but also lady-like at the same time.
