Breaking News: Rapper Waka Flocka has been the target of gun shots in Charlotte, North Carolina today. Waka Flocka was reportedly standing alongside his tour bus at a car stereo store when two cars pulled up and opened fire.
One person was hit by the bullets and taken to the hospital with non=life threatening injuries
